Generally good service and communication. I think the diagnostic price is way too high. This time there was a suggestion that we needed new rear brakes and I asked for pictures and then Jere I think the diagnostic price is way too high. This time there was a suggestion that we needed new rear brakes and I asked for pictures and then Jeremy came back and said they were okay but never showed me pictures. That was confusing and made it seem like they were trying to get me to replace brakes that didn’t need to be replaced. More

The service associate we had was very knowledgeable, efficient and was very kind. She handled all three of the issues we had in about 5 minutes she looked up the cars history to let us know when the nex efficient and was very kind. She handled all three of the issues we had in about 5 minutes she looked up the cars history to let us know when the next maintenance would be due, reset the maintenance light and got us a sticker for the car as well. I’ve been a customer of Regal Kia since 2022 and I’ve always been happy with the service I get! I always see Misty as my advisor but this was an emergency so I had Jeremy as my advisor and and managed to always been happy with the service I get! I always see Misty as my advisor but this was an emergency so I had Jeremy as my advisor and and managed to squeeze me in as a walk in for my car. He was professional and great!
