Aweful customer service after the sale. I purchased a $70,000 never washed or detailed, service stickers left on vehicle. Had purchased a Silverado late on a Tuesday night, so had to co I purchased a $70,000 never washed or detailed, service stickers left on vehicle. Had purchased a Silverado late on a Tuesday night, so had to come back Thursday to get all the key fobs and right tires put on the truck and washed & detailed. My sales person brought me to service and had me wait in the waiting room, and 4 hours later no one had communicated to me why things where taking so long. I never saw my sales person again. It was like once they have your money, they could care less. Finally I had to go to the service to try to find out the status of my truck, but I was never told who my service advisor was, and they didn't seem to know either, another 30 minutes later they told me they are still working on it. Finally after 5 hours & 45 minutes it was ready. I can understand things get busy, but atleast communicate with me. Give me a update on what is happening, and no one could do that til after about 4 hours and 30 minutes. Further more the truck was never washed & detailed, half peeled gummy stickers left on it. I will say, the people in service where friendly, one person, Nick did give me an apology, although it wasn't really his fault, so thats why I don't give 0 or 1 star, so atleast one person seemed to care. I've purchased 2 vehicles at Stingray Chev, and another 2 at Kelly Buick GMC in the same area, with all those dealerships, the sales person would introduce me to my service advisor, check up on things to see how things where going maybe go over a few things about the new vehicle, ask if I had any question, making sure the customer is satisfied, none of that was done here. Makes me wish I would have gone back to those to Kelley GMC or Stingray Chev, and not Regal. I would think, purchasing a 70,000 vehicle I would just get better communication and service. I thought maybe they would top of the fuel tank during this service appointment but they didn't even do that. I understand people make mistakes, and I'm willing to extend grace if people apologize and try to make it right, but none of that has happened here, still now 2 weeks later haven't heard from my salesman no apologies, no willingness to make it right, which shows they really don't care. More

Regal Chevrolet has had my 2019 Cahllenger since the day I purchased it from thier Bartow Road used lot due to issues with the wiring and Ms. Guthrie refuses to return my calls. The car was defective the da I purchased it from thier Bartow Road used lot due to issues with the wiring and Ms. Guthrie refuses to return my calls. The car was defective the day I purchased it, took it back the day after I signed paperwork and they put a headlight in even though I advised them the headlight was not defective and worked when it wanted to, they delivered it to me with the headlight not working AGAIN, I sent it back and again, they replace the headlight assembly, I had previously advised them it was electrical not the headlight. They try to deliver it to me again, Headlight not working. I send it back again they replace the BCM. I get car it is fine for about 20 days and acts up again. Now they have had the car another 2 weeks telling me they cant duplicate the issue that they KNOW is an issue and now it is the "wiring harness and fuse block" NO KIDDING! I told them that from the get go. So now 9 weeks of the 3 months I've been paying for the car it has been on their lot and now thay tell me they are awaiting approval from the warranty company, even though it is not a warranty issue. They sold the car to me with the issue. Not pleased with this dealership and definetely not happy with Ms. Guthrie after many messages left and no response. All I want is the car Ive been paying for that has sat on theri lot more than my driveway!!! I should not be forced to wait for apprval form a warranty company for an issue that was ther pre sale. Misael and Sean from the Used lot have bene awesome and are trying to get this resolved as quickly as possible but the service dept/Lisa Guthrie are dragging this along and I am on verge of seeking legal advice at this point, why should I be paying monthly payments and insurance because they sold ne a defective vehicle and they are sitting on it instead of doing everything hye can to get the car fixed and back to me ASAP More

The added package for 3500 is a lot of money for stuff that most people don’t want at that price. They don’t tell you about it and you get nothing at sale about it. I had one of the best experiences at Regal! I walked in & instantly felt at home. Misael was one of the nicest people to work with. From the start, I never felt rushed & he made everything I hoped for come t instantly felt at home. Misael was one of the nicest people to work with.
