Very unresponsive after the purchase I am keeping the original review that I did when I purchased my X3 in March 2014 at the bottom, but have to update because they have completely lost m I am keeping the original review that I did when I purchased my X3 in March 2014 at the bottom, but have to update because they have completely lost my faith and I hope my experience can be a cautionary tale to others considering making a purchase. I know others have raved about the purchase experience and I was one of those people too, but it should never be just about getting you to sign on the dotted line, but also about being responsive and helpful after the sale. I don't know about others, but I definitely didn't get that here. Details: I needed to do a refinance of the loan to add my wife on the loan and after an initial two line response to a question I sent in, I basically got ignored by Ozzy Mamour for 5 weeks. Multiple emails and voicemails and calls went unanswered. I finally did the refinance myself through my bank, and sent an email to the GM, Mike Yates, explaning my disappointment at the whole thing. I expected some kind of response, but that has gone ignored too. I remember my inbox was basically flooded when I was considering the purchase and dealing with them. The irony is that we were doing the refinance so that we could get another car in the new year. That won't be from Bridgewater BMW. ORIGINAL REVIEW IS BELOW. Buying my first car in my mid thirties (that's what happens when you move to NJ I suppose), I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone was extremely helpful, honest and patient. I exchanged numerous emails with Amelia LaPera initially and then Mike Watson, who listened to what I wanted and made it happen. The business manager was also great in getting us financing at a fair rate and I am incredibly happy with both the service and my purchase. More

I had always brought my previous car to Bridgewater BMW for service and was pleased with the results over a period of 3 years. I also recently purchased a certified vehicle there and was very impressed with the overall experience. There was no pressure during negotiations and we came to an agreed price in short order. I have had no problems and they were able to always answer any questions. The friendliness of the management team is evident from the minute you walk into the showroom. More

They were extremely friendly, courteous, professional, and most importantly, they listened! Sales and Service experience - first car purchase for my kid Owned many BMWs and other european cars over the decades, and we have our cars maintained and serviced at BMW of Bridgewater for years. The service t Owned many BMWs and other european cars over the decades, and we have our cars maintained and serviced at BMW of Bridgewater for years. The service team is terrific, and works very hard to help. My wife often goes to Debra in Service, and Debra is very thoughtful and has a wonderful personality. We go thru areas in NY and NJ that are often plastered with potholes, and Debra helped us when we're in need for help. Knowing that we can count on BMW of Bridgewater, we took our daughter there for her first car. Our Client Advisor Juston O'Connor met with us, and we also met the manager. They took the time to chat with us, and got to know our situation. Justin chatted with my daughter and recommended a 4 series coupe. He walked us through options and suggested what would be good to have, and what are not necessary for a 17 year old first time driver. My daughter got mesmerized by that 4 series coupe. She then asked us to send her to BMW performance driving school in South Carolina, and she had a terrific time at the 2 day teen driving course. She got to drive all models of BMWs including a M5, and the instructors taught her how to control a car under various challenging conditions. She came back well informed, having learned about oversteer/understeer, do's and don't on how to handle a car, and did a lot of slaloms, skids, stability control. She became pretty knowledgable about sensing the handling of a car. She came back from the course, and I took her around to try other cars for comparison. She tried Infiniti, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Lexus, Hyundai, Chrysler, Range Rover, Jaguar, Jeep, Ford, Kia. She decided that BMW 435i is the car she wants. Justin at BMW of Bridgewater was right. There was never any pressure to sell at BMW of Bridgewater, just attention to us to make sure my daughter would make a good decision. The deal was made very simple, and Justin is very quick , efficient and thoughtful. Once my daughter decided and we purchased the car, Justin did an excellent walk-through of the car with her. She also met many on the team at BMW of Bridgewater, and felt very comfortable. After my daughter picked up the car, Justin followed up the next day to check on my daughter to make sure she is happy and wanted to know how she likes the car. My daughter is delighted with her car and the experience. We're very happy that the team at BMW of Bridgewater provided my daughter with a great first car purchasing experience. We knew we could count on the team at BMW of Bridgewater, and that's why we took my daughter there. My daughter is so excited with her new BMW, and looking forward to the years ahead of owning and enjoying her new car. More
