Pleasant Experience at BMW - Bridgewater I always purchased new Toyota (at least 6 so far) because I would trade in when the car had 80K miles. I decided to give myself a gift, so I looked into BMW 5 series. After reading the consumer reports, I was debating whether I should buy a Lexus due to its fuel efficiency. But the BMW team and the car won me over. All the team members, Mike, Tom, Ozzy, Carolyn are very professional, especially Carolyn who is very patient in explaining all the functions to me. In fact, I already told my collegue to buy a new BMW (his old BMW just needed services at this location). More

Dealership team who CARE about it's customers! I was the owner of a BMW335xi and not only purchased it CPO from this dealership, had it serviced there as well. Debra Shafer is the service rep. I ne I was the owner of a BMW335xi and not only purchased it CPO from this dealership, had it serviced there as well. Debra Shafer is the service rep. I need; always sensitive to my crazy schedule and aware of the information for my specific car model. I say WAS because 2 weeks ago I was in an accident that totaled my car. BMW as a brand proved itself; I walked away with only a few bruises. Now I was in a bind to find another car immediately. Both Scott Vickers [sales]and Mike Yates[service mgr] began the hunt. It mattered to me that all the BMW of B'Water staff remarked to me that they were so glad I was all right. Well, happy again... 328d CPO and it is a perfect fit for me now!! Thanks also to Ozzy Mamoor for helping with all the paperwork and details. Indeed, I am grateful to all who work at this dealership for their caring about people first, as well as their cars. More

The BMW WELT experience was one of the best experiences of our life thanks to Mike Watson, our Sales Advisor who was just amazing through the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right BMW model for our needs. We never felt pressured and he was so much fun to work with! It was incredibly helpful that Mike spoke German, knew the culture having lived in Germany, and therefore could recommend his favorite spots to go with our car based on the tine we had to spend in Germany. Mittenwalt, Tegern See and the beauty of the Austrian and German Alps were so scenic and every picture was like a postcard. This personalization just enhanced our experience and made it more special. We are so thankful that we did the Euro delivery and so thankful that we worked with Mike, in our eyes, the Euro delivery expert at Bridgewater BMW. Peter was great about using his contacts at Headquarters when we decided to go with Euro Delivery instead of domestic. Mike Yates was so kind and helpful with sharing his experiences and insight on specific features of the car. He always took the time to say hello and welcomed us into his dealership every time. He made us feel special and thereby confirmed once again to move forward with our decision to purchase our BMW from Bridgewater. It was easy as our past experience was very positive buying our BMW M3 through this dealership as well. More

During the entire purchase process, I was kept informed every step of the way down to the delivery date of my car. Every person I came in contact with was very accommodating and sincere in making my experience at Bridgewater BMW a pleasant one. It was clearly obvious that customer satisfaction is high on their list of objectives. The personal service rendered to me was just exceptional. It's not every day you find a dealership that aims to please you, the customer in whatever it takes. You are really made to feel like you are their only customer. Cudos to Bridgewater BMW!!!! More

Best BMW dealer Rob Hoffman is very nice person, he always answered my questions in detail and never pushed me to buy. I got very good deal from him by phone call. I live in New Haven, CT, It is 130 miles away from bridgewater BMW but I drove there and bought my car. That was very good decision. I wish our local BMW dealer can treat me like them. It should never be just about getting you to sign on the dotted line, but being just as responsive and helpful after the sale (or at least close to it). I don't know about others, but I definitely didn't get that here. I needed to do a refinance of the loan to add my wife on the loan and after an initial two line response to a question I sent in, I basically got ignored by the finance dept for 5 weeks. Multiple emails and voicemails and calls unanswered. I finally did the refinance myself through my bank, and sent an email to the GM, Mike Yate, explaning my disappointment at the whole thing. I have yet to get a response to that either. I remember my inbox was basically flooded when I was considering the purchase and dealing with them. The irony is that we were doing the refinance so that we could get another car in the new year. That won't be from Bridgewater BMW. ORIGINAL REVIEW IS BELOW. Buying my first car in my mid thirties (that's what happens when you move to NJ I suppose), I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone was extremely helpful, honest and patient. I exchanged numerous emails with Amelia LaPera initially and then Mike Watson, who listened to what I wanted and made it happen. The business manager was also great in getting us financing at a fair rate and I am incredibly happy with both the service and my purchase. More

There are ONLY 2 reasons for the HIGH rating. There names are Yates & Forgione, an UNBEATABLE service team. Yates sets it up & Forgione makes it happen. NO PAIN. Their greeting smiles & level of expertise tell me that you have a "friend" at BMW at BRIDGEWATER. Take Carmine Forgione as an example. Don't know WHERE he comes from. Don't care. When you go to the dealership with a service request or a service problem, this "team" will get the job done. Unlike sales, where the goal is to SELL, people like CARMINE FORGIONE make it fun to own a BMW. Carmine ALWAYS has a smile for you coupled with a YES attitude. He should be your spokesperson for HOW TO do it. Training, doesn't matter. IF he doesn't know, he WILL know in 10 minutes. And, SO WILL YOU. In fact, Carmine is so good at what he does, he should be training others. Remember, it's NOT what you KNOW. It's what you DO ! Let me give you an example. I only live 2 miles from the dealership. One day, I called for HELP and thankfully, got Carmine. My BMW had LOCKED in park. It would NOT start. An element inside the steering column failed. Carmine physically jumped into a car, came to my location and using his skills, UNLOCKED the steering mechanism, provided information for a flat bed tow, took charge of the repair process, provided a rental car and returned my BMW several days later LIKE NEW. There is NOT anything more that you can ask of BMW, having a "friend" like Carmine. He makes you want to come back ! MORRIS SETTEMBRINO, a VERY SATISFIED customer ! More

Anthony was an absolute dream to work with. On the test drive he explained every aspect of the car. That alone sold me on the 528 (originally I was going to look at a 320). When I asked for a specific co drive he explained every aspect of the car. That alone sold me on the 528 (originally I was going to look at a 320). When I asked for a specific color interior, he searched through the inventory, found the car and drove me over to look at it. I picked up my car today and he spent almost 2 hours with me explaining everything and answering any question I had. The service I received was beyond anything I could have asked for (and I've owned many cars). Anthony is the salesman you want when buying a BMW. More
