I was greeted by Karim Yousef, a very professional and patient sales consultant who began to assist me with a Volkswagen Beetle that caught my eye. Karim soon spoke with Chuck Whitley, the sales manager who was able to make me an excellent deal on a very clean, like new used Volkswagen Beetle. The car had a small ding on the top and the tire pressure light had activated during the test drive. Karim Yousef, Chuck Whitley, service manager Michael Williams and service advisor Jeff Houser met with me and immediately began to work together to make sure that the VW Beetle I was purchasing was 100% ready for delivery. Great experience Went into dealership 1 and 1/2 hour before closing. The process of purchasing takes awhile. We test drove, and purchased an Audi Q7.
