Sales Professional; Mike Waldman was EXCELLENT. I did not intend to trade my old Impala in. With the help of the Sales Manager Andy, and Mike, they helped me see the advantages of getting it done I did not intend to trade my old Impala in. They Called me to let me know they had a car I should come see. I called Mike, and made an appointment to Test Drive the car. It was The Car I had Dreamed of Owning. This was my first time using the Cadillac Service Center. They were efficient and did a great job. The work was done before the allotted time, which was a pleasant surprise, considering I was waiting. The C They were efficient and did a great job. The Cadillac Service Center offers a wide array of refreshments, from coffee and lattes to soda pops and water. They even have a delightful basket of snacks, ensuring you're well taken care of during your visit. The only hiccup was the carwash unit was broken, so there was no wash :-(. But overall, I will go back and only to Cadillac in Henderson.. My apologies. I am trying to remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, Adam or Alex. But he was awesome! More

If I could give this dealership a zero I most definitely would. All they care about is money money money. SO SAD! I have been driving Cadillacs for all my LIFE! VERY LOYAL CUSTOMRR. I purchased an Escalade would. All they care about is money money money. SO SAD! I have been driving Cadillacs for all my LIFE! VERY LOYAL CUSTOMRR. I purchased an Escalade most recently and I've been so extremely unhappy with everything from the purchase to the service to the management. Noone cares about the people anymore! I am taking my business elsewhere! hopefully they will be better than these dirt xxxxx. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE GO ELSEWHERE More
