Oil Change Came in for an oil change and left with more problems that I came in with. Technician did not screw a shield back on after the oil change which I d Came in for an oil change and left with more problems that I came in with. Technician did not screw a shield back on after the oil change which I dragged around for a whole day till I noticed where the noise was coming from. Went trough all the trouble and my own time to get the shield unscrewed which I brought in the next day after the oil change and no one even apologized for making such a rookie mistake. In addition they somehow managed to unscrew my tire valve so my tire kept loosing air, for which I had to got buy a tool to screw it back in which was not that big of a deal but you would expect more from "Certified Ford dealer". I would give them 0 starts if it was an option. Never going back there again and would never recommend it to anyone. More
