Thanks fo Arlington Heights Ford never disappoints. The service department always goes the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied with our repairs! Thanks for everything you do to make our experience a positive one! In these times, it is rare to find a business that truly puts the customer first. This is why Arlington Heights Ford has been our go-to dealership for so many years (we just purchased our 16th vehicle from this dealership!) We are also so proud of the Ford Motor Company and how they have rallied to answer the request of our President to help out our Nation during this crisis-GREAT JOB!!! Outstanding service for 20+ years. Steve Verhagen and Jerry Hood in particular always do the "extra". More than once Steve has driven the car or offered to do so to identify a problem.
