Outstanding from beginning to end, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable I came a few days early to do to schedule mixup and they still accommodated my appointment. While the recall repair was, I'm assuming, successfully made (I hadn't been having problems and haven't since), I can't help but wonder if something happened that left my car battery drained to 7% charge b made (I hadn't been having problems and haven't since), I can't help but wonder if something happened that left my car battery drained to 7% charge by the time I went to drive it off the lot. To their credit, they did jump it and told me the cost of a battery (no labor), however, no one offered to replace it while I was there. I realize it's more involved than older cars, but there was nowhere else that could replace it before I got home because of the intricacy and/or their workload. So ... I'm a little disappointed. I'd have waited or at least appreciated an "We just don't have the time right now" over "Yeah, you'll make it home and you can probably get the battery cheaper elsewhere." It was just a very frustrating day, but instead true help, I got vague information and "we didn't do it" (the lights were off, the radio was off" etc. Will I give them another shot. Yes. More
