I had an appointment for 8am. There seemed to be confusion if I even had an appointment. Around noon, I checked with my designated service representative in which they jumped thro There seemed to be confusion if I even had an appointment. Around noon, I checked with my designated service representative in which they jumped through hoops to get my truck pulled in for service. I was the last one in the waiting room after every other customer had gone and left. It was obvious that my appointment was overlooked for forgotten. The gentleman handling checkin sincerely apologized. I haven't had an issue at Leonardtown Ford nor at Koons Ford of Baltimore. The other locations get me in on-time and out within 1 to 1.5 hours tops. I don't see why I should return to this location. I've been a Ford owner since 2017. Mike Treas (senior Service Manager) listens to my concern and recommends appropriate service to maintain my vehicle in excellent working been great.
