My name is Erick James I have bought several vehicles from Toyota Dealership in Braintree I have been taking my vehicles there for service for years. A few weeks ago I came in around 720a to rotate tir from Toyota Dealership in Braintree I have been taking my vehicles there for service for years. A few weeks ago I came in around 720a to rotate tires change oil and diagnose why my AC was not working properly. I receive a text giving me a means of communication to check on my vehicle from the Service Department. Around 12 I texted to find out the progress no response. Around 1p I began calling first I was told only my advisor could give me information and she would call me back. Well around 230p this did not happen so I called again and I get another rude young man who cut me off and placed me on hold. Shortly after my adviser called and when I began stating my displeasure of her not responding to text or phone she said I am not gonna argue with you.your truck is ready she then hung the phone up on me before I was done stating my peace. I then proceeded to make my way to the dealership and spoke to a manager who did listen however he appeared disconnected. He responded with we ordered a part for your vehicle if you give us another chance we will make it right. A few days passed they called and said the part was delivered around 7/14 I brought my vehicle back to get the run around again. Now it was Friday 7/16 my new adviser is telling me the part did not come in. It should be in Monday or Tuesday come down I will get you a loaner. She puts me in a Toyota Camry after I expressed my 6’1” 245 body was not going from a Highlander to a Toyota Prias. No call on Monday I called Tuesday to learn my adviser is on a days off and no one had an update. Finally today Thursday 7/22 I received a call my vehicle is ready. I come down they bring my vehicle around and not only does the AC not work correctly it now does not come on at all in the rear of my vehicle. Now I go back in and express the problem to the same manager who does not look up or move from his seat to visualize my issue he just says drop your key off your adviser will handle it. I said xxxx no I refuse to repeat the poor service again. This vehicle is heading to Georgia on 7/30 and I have waisted time attempting to get it in order here!!! I later spoke to the adviser who put another manager on and he wants to speak with the Forman and make it right!! What would motivate me to chance giving this so called dealership another chance to possibly ruin my trip with the vehicle I trust they fixed!!!! Is Toyota’s Dealership in Braintree real or they just carry the name! I could get better service from a non dealership organization!!!! Totally pissed the xxxx Off!!! More

Today my husband and I signed our third lease with Toyota of Braintree. Yet again we had a wonderful experience . Joe was extremely kind and professional. We had emailed the team asking questions before comi of Braintree. Yet again we had a wonderful experience . Joe was extremely kind and professional. We had emailed the team asking questions before coming in to make the return and purchase. When we arrived for our appointment Joe was ready to go and we were able to complete the processes within a few hours. I always recommend Toyota of Braintree and I will continue to do so. Not to mention this is my third highlander ( first hybrid) and I love them! More

After a terrible experience at McGee Toyota in Hanover, I realized that I won’t be wasting my time in the future going elsewhere. Mike Toomey from internet sales was so professional and gave me an awesome deal via email. I was greeted by the handsome and incredibly intelligent Sam Leite who did a great job introducing me to my new car, a 2020 RAV4 Hybrid XLE. His knowledge of the vehicle was so impressive. He answered every single question I had with clear and easy to understand answers. Patrick Flaherty, a fellow yogi, made sure I had all the accessories I wanted on my new car. As soon as I saw his chakras bracelet and warm, welcoming smile, I got further confirmation that Tufankjian is THE dealer to do business with always. Finance manager Arthur Martel was joy to work with and so easy to talk to. Tufankjian, the third time was most definitely a charm! A LONG but Great Experience! I purchased a brand new 2016 Toyota RAV 4 from this dealership three years ago, and it was such a pleasant experience that I knew when it was time to I purchased a brand new 2016 Toyota RAV 4 from this dealership three years ago, and it was such a pleasant experience that I knew when it was time to upgrade, this is the place I wanted to go to. I had been receiving emails from Mike Toomey & Brian Walsh over the past few months, and finally decided earlier this month, after viewing the new 2019 RAV 4 XLE Premium, that it was time for my upgrade. Bob H set up an appointment for me on March 5th, and I had specifically mentioned that I had only two hours to work with that day for a test drive. I met with Steve Lavanchy, who I immediately liked for his "old school" honesty and sense of humor. I had already specified what car I wanted to test drive, the XLE Premium, and after a brief conversation, Steve and I went out for a test drive. The drive was smooth and enjoyable, and an added bonus was the leather seats that were power operated on the driver's side. We came back, and talked about the vehicle, the trade in for my 2016 RAV4, and then Steve presented me with some figures to look at in terms of financing. The numbers weren't at first acceptable to me, but Steve made it a point to go back to the business office a few times in order to get me numbers I could work with. I had made an appointment to test drive a Honda HRV at another dealership, but after another brief conversation with Steve, I decided to put down a deposit & fill out an application form for financing. At no time during the two hours did Steve pressure me in any kind of way, he answered all my questions, and I was grateful for that. As there was no red RAV4 at the dealership, the dealership would contact other dealerships to see if they had one which Steve told me might take a few days. A few days later, Steve called to let me know that they were unable to obtain the red RAV4 from any other Toyota dealership so it had to be ordered from the plant which meant a week delay. He called me again the following week to let me know that the car was on a truck and should reach the dealership in a few days. Another few days went by, and when I called Steve, I was told that the car still had not arrived but was expected soon. I was called last Friday, and Steve told me that the car would be in Saturday March 23rd and scheduled me to come in at 12p. I received a call on Saturday and was told again that the truck had not yet arrived...Finally, this Monday, Steve called me with the best news ...the car was ACTUALLY at the dealership and I went down there that afternoon and picked up my car!! I believe that Steve was more frustrated about the delay than I was...but I knew what I wanted and was willing to wait for it & after viewing this beautiful ruby flair RAV4, it was definitely worth the wait and I appreciated Steve's constant updates on the status. I met with Donald in the business office to finalize the deal, and he presented me with refunds on services that were on my 2016 vehicle that could be transferred to my 2019 at a minimal additional cost. He also did not pressure me to purchase additional services that I did not want, and explained everything to me clearly. Yesterday, I had my inspection sticker and remote car/alarm system installed, in less than 90 minutes, and the service manager was very nice in explaining how the alarm/remote worked. I am VERY happy!!! More
