I don't want to talk negatively about any other local BMW dealerships, but the moment I stepped foot into BMW of Devon, I felt right at home. My Client Advisor Phil and General Manager Mike were AWESOME. I was so nervous about buying a car but they made the process effortless. They worked with me and didn't even get annoyed when I kept pushing. They explained to me why they could or couldn't do certain things in a way that I understood and felt in my heart that they were not just trying to pull a fast one. Everyone in the entire dealership from the GM to the maintenance crew were friendly. A "Hello, how are you?" goes a long way with me. I will be referring every potential BMW owner to BMW of Devon. I can tell this will be the beginning of a great relationship (I feel bad for my wallet lol) More
