I have had great experiences with the service and my most recent buying experience was with a salesman, Andrew Krier, who started in service. He did a great job of understanding my buying criteria before finding the right M550 for me. I was so impressed with my 550 buying experience last fall that when my daughter, living in Jersey City, wanted to lease her first 320, I recommended we visit Andrew and find out his options. Andrew again spent the time to understand her buying criteria and matched her with the perfect first car. What I liked about Andrew's approach, and that of dealership in general is they lead with a fair price offer. They did find a way to offer a little extra discount for my daughter "loyalty discount" due to my recent 55 purchase. This is a great approach to bring me back when my wife needs to replace her 330xi. More
