I’ve been bringing my vehicle here for service because I appreciate having a local Ford dealership I can rely on. However, I’ve run into recurring issues that make me nervous about the consistency of the wo appreciate having a local Ford dealership I can rely on. However, I’ve run into recurring issues that make me nervous about the consistency of the work. On my most recent visit for an oil change and tire rotation, washer fluid was forgotten and my glove box was broken. To their credit, they made things right once I went back and pointed it out—but I only discovered the glove box problem when I opened it myself after leaving. On a past visit, there wasn’t enough oil added (not even showing on the dipstick), which was explained as an uncalibrated oil gun. During tire rotations, I’ve also found hub caps left loose and not properly snapped on, which could have been dangerous. I understand that newer employees are learning, but for customer confidence, there needs to be a stronger double-check process in place before a vehicle is handed back. A manager or senior tech giving a final walkthrough would go a long way in preventing these oversights. I’d really like to keep bringing my vehicle here, but I need to feel confident that I won’t have to recheck everything myself after each visit. More
