Stood behind a used car purchase with great service. We purchased a used 2014 Ford Focus from the dealers used car department. The car had significant and difficult to diagnose electrical issues that wer We purchased a used 2014 Ford Focus from the dealers used car department. The car had significant and difficult to diagnose electrical issues that were not found during the usual car prep or on the Car Fax. The dealership was responsive, did their best to diagnose the problem, and provided a free loaner vehicle each time the vehicle was in service. It appears they finally found a difficult to diagnose problem and the car is running fine. We were very happy the dealership stood behind the 3 mos./3000 mile warranty. As problematic as the car has been, their service is great and we would buy another car from them again. More

Thank goodness for Manager Mike S. I had a problem with my 2015 Flex blinker/lightbulb. Service originally stated 3 or more days I would be out of a car, manager Mike took the time to listen to my issue, my 2015 Flex blinker/lightbulb. Service originally stated 3 or more days I would be out of a car, manager Mike took the time to listen to my issue, and he was able to get my car in and literally fixed it right there!! I am so grateful for the help and service from Manager Mike/Sterling Heights Surburban Ford...I pass at least 3 other dealerships to get the quality help from Sterling Heights Surburban Ford!! Great Service Advisor I dealt with Dan the last 2 times my 2015 Ford Focus was brought in for Service. Mgr. Mike S./Nick are very helpful. Mgr. Mike S. and Nick in customer service go above and beyond excellent customer service!! Just moments after I purchased my new/used Flex, there was Mgr. Mike S. and Nick in customer service go above and beyond excellent customer service!! Just moments after I purchased my new/used Flex, there was an extra key issue and an unknown 2 long hour wait for me and my little kiddo in tow. Mgr. Mike S. took the time to just hear me out, the used sales team really didn’t care, we’re misleading and not helpful to rectify the issue in regards to the extra key issue/long wait. However, Mgr. Mike S. made the unsettling car purchase experience so much better. Because of Mgr. Mike’s and Nick’s courtesy, attention, and understanding, I will be driving out of my way to have my Flex serviced at Surburban Ford Sterling Hgts. Thanks Mgr. Mike S. and Nick in service! More
