I am continually impressed by the professional and friendly faces at Mark Christopher! My husband recently leased a truck and I purchased a used Suburban and the experience was TOP NOTCH! This is my second car I purchased at Mark Christopher Auto Center. Once again, received wonderful service. My sales person, Mike Sheridan, was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased. He took hi Auto Center. Once again, received wonderful service. My sales person, Mike Sheridan, was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased. He took his time and answered all of my questions about the new Cadillac I bought. He explained the warranty and points system, helped set up my app Onstar and Bluetooth. Most importantly, he allowed me time to make the decision to purchase the vehicle. He was never pushy. The staff was very transparent about what was included in the price.. that was very important to me. I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone who is shopping for a new car. Mike Did a very good job helping me close the deal on the Sierra we leased. Joel was my contact up until I got there to do the deal and was understandably busy with customers. The way the deal went down Sierra we leased. Joel was my contact up until I got there to do the deal and was understandably busy with customers. The way the deal went down did not sit well with me because they were willing to kill it over $25.00 a month on the payment. /this is the 3rd car we've leased there and it will be the last. The manager that came out made me feel he did not care about my repeat business because he actually didn't care. I am enjoying the truck and was looking forward to another lease in February 2024.
