great non pushy sales guy This was about the 10 dealership I visited. The sales guy, Mike was so laid back. Buyer BEWARE The dealership is modern and nice and the people are friendly but that is just an act. They lure you in by telling you you will be part of their famil The dealership is modern and nice and the people are friendly but that is just an act. They lure you in by telling you you will be part of their family while all the while they are lying to your face! We purchased a car from them and had a trade in and we were told that our trade in was not worth much and they could only give us $5000 because they would have a hard time selling it. The very next day our trade in was on their lot with a price tag of over $11000 with the ad reading what a great deal this was, a one owner car with all the options etc. I felt used by this dealership and would never buy anything from them again. I know they are in business to make money and have no problem making a fair deal but in my mind they deceived us and turned what should have been an exciting experience of buying a new car into one that even after 3 months still gives me angst every time I think of it. I hope this helps to save someone else from going through what we did. I should have walked away from the deal but I trusted them..... my mistake, one that I won;t make again! Also the person that showed us the options in the car reeked of smoke and we had to smell that all the way home(2 1/2 hrs). So if you are reading this and are looking to buy a used Red 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited with 87182 miles, the great deal they are giving you only cost them $5000. More
