Wonderful experience I don’t like to car shop. From the minute my grandson and I walked in we were made to feel welcome. Michael was wonderful. We changed what we were loo I don’t like to car shop. From the minute my grandson and I walked in we were made to feel welcome. Michael was wonderful. We changed what we were looking at mid sale and he was so patient. We still need another car and will definitely buy from this dealer and Michael. W&L also takes care of its customers after the sale which to me is very important. We bought one car on Saturday and we are looking forward to buying another car from here soon. They take the pain out of car shopping. The salesman I encountered from the first day treated me with true kindness and consideration with some special accommodations I needed. My husband, being disabled could not come to the dealership to look at an automobile I was considering. Another afternoon, Mike, brought the car to our home and helped my husband get in to see how it would work for his physical limitations. Anytime I have been to the dealership, everyone I have encountered, always speaks to me and asks if I need anything. The lounge area is very spacious, comfortable and well stocked with little snacks, soft drinks, coffee. I am so glad I made the trip from Selinsgrove to the dealership. Just great people and great experience. More

No other dealership offered to go over all of the techical aspects and different features of the vehicle with me (thanks, George!). Even the finance manager, Mark Piercy, was very clear in all of the explanations regarding payments, GAP and what all of the paper work was for. Not at all did I feel rushed to sign or hurried out the door. I really feel I have made the right decision with Subaru and with W&L. More
