He has helped the department grow to include include four experienced service advisors and eleven technicians. He is most proud of mentoring his son, Mike Jr., who works for him at the dealership following the family tradition of Riccardi's working for Flemington Car and Truck.

THIRD FLEMINGTON BMW X3 PURCHASE IN A ROW I bought my first BMW X3 from Flemington BMW at their fun exciting tent sale ne evening in 2008 and enjoyed driving it for years! The sales staff, esp I bought my first BMW X3 from Flemington BMW at their fun exciting tent sale ne evening in 2008 and enjoyed driving it for years! The sales staff, especially Bill Hinton is exceptional and such a pleasure to work with! I drove that X3 for 4 years and in 2012, I bought a new X3 and gave the first one to my daughter who drove it for the next 7 years and I knew she was in a safe reliable vehicle, that was fun to drive! I just traded it at 13 years old, and it had 137,500 miles and was still running great! BTW - the service department, headed by Mike Riccardi, Sr is outstanding as well! Now I bought my THIRD BMW X3 2019 from Bill Hinton once again! And I just love driving it! The sales experience is a pleasure - Bill is knowledgeable and easy to work with! No pressure. The entire sales experience including financing and closing on the car was easy! I was considering other vehicles, but I went back for the sales team and the BMW quality and reliability and I always go to Flemington BMW and Bill Hinton! More

Rim Repair Early in March, I hit a pot hole which severely bent my two left rims. Excellent service from Dana Claxton! Recently I had to bring my new X5 into Flemington BMW for service. Dana Claxton was my service advisor for this round. Although I've been dealing with Recently I had to bring my new X5 into Flemington BMW for service. Dana Claxton was my service advisor for this round. Although I've been dealing with Flemington BMW for years I have only worked with Dana on small easy things and she was always quick and good. This visit, the problems with my car were was a bit more complicated than usual due to the newly redesigned vehicle systems. These problems were harder to diagnose and fix than usual. Dana was EXTREMELY helpful and thoroughly explained the problems and possible solutions extremely well. She called when she said she would, so I was never left wondering what the status of my vehicle was. I can't ask for better service care than I get here. Thank you! More
