Nissan Service Center was great from beginning to end. My advisor was Mike and he was kind and courteous. He listened to all of my concerns and was able to get me in the very same day to address my issues My advisor was Mike and he was kind and courteous. He listened to all of my concerns and was able to get me in the very same day to address my issues. I was kept notified throughout the whole process. Upon inspection of my vehicle I was given all of my options in detail and they did not try to oversell me or push me into doing anything I didn’t want. A lot of people told me to avoid the dealership because they would try to rip me off or overcharge, but they were wrong. They knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle while other mechanics suggested other repairs that would not have solved the root of the problem and I would have just had to go back. The cost of the repair was also comparable to other mechanics and fair. I did not catch his name, but the driver of the shuttle was great. He called to keep me informed on exact pickup time and was very courteous and friendly. More
