We usually have good service, but this time we took our truck in because it was having starter issues. They claimed it was a loose wire,"fixed" it, but the next day still had the same issue and was strande truck in because it was having starter issues. They claimed it was a loose wire,"fixed" it, but the next day still had the same issue and was stranded at the gas station. Yark did pay for a tow, and our truck is headed back to Yark to figure out what is really wrong with our 2 year old Silverado. Appreciated the text from Mike Parks today asking how our service was. I'm sure he wasn't happy with the answer. More
