Updating my review a couple of months later because the dealership did NOT stand behind their word. When we purchased our Redline Traverse, part of the Redline package was missing and we were told that the dealership did NOT stand behind their word. When we purchased our Redline Traverse, part of the Redline package was missing and we were told that the decals for the side view mirrors would come in at a later date and that they could be mailed to us to have them installed. (I'm a vinyl graphics installer). However, I received a phone call today from the dealership stating they were in and they are now requiring us to make a trip back to them to have them installed. We live 3 hours away and it's not feasible to return for a job that will only take 15 minutes. I will update my review when they either transfer these to a local dealer or stick to their word and mail them to us. Original review: 5 stars across the board for Blaine & Connor at Yark Chevrolet!! My wife was hunting for a very specific Chevy Traverse and we quickly realized we were basically hunting for a real life unicorn. We started our search local and started expanding out further and further until we finally found Yark Chevrolet just under 300 miles from where we live. Their website showed they had the exact vehicle we were looking for so I quickly got on the phone and called. I talked with Blaine and he immediately got busy on putting numbers on paper for us. He was extremely helpful getting as much accomplished as we could before making the long trip to finish everything up. The following day, we made the trip and Blaine had the vehicle ready, we drooled over it for a bit while he finished up with other customers and then he was quick to assist us. We then got to sit down with Connor, the finance manager, which by the way is the most cool, laid-back, and efficient finance manager I've ever met and worked out the numbers and secured the financing. Honestly I doubt I'll come back. I had to get a new key fob made bc my husband lost one of ours. Dave (I think) was the guy who initially helped me. When he called to tell me it was in I reiterated that it would take 30 mins to do and that I didn't need an appt and he said that was correct. When I showed up to get the key fob the guy in parts didn't know what he was doing-Dave wasn't there. He finally asked the guy in service and he said they were running 45 mins behind. I had to make appt (which they said I initially didn't need) and come back. When I did come back it took 1.5 hours to complete. Unacceptable More
