Mike, my service advisor, did an outstanding job dealing with my car and I am happy and relieved with the outcome. However, I do not have a get deal of trust concerning the maintenance checks especially the with my car and I am happy and relieved with the outcome. Great Dealership all the way around. I have praised the sales department when we made our purchase in October’22. This review is for the service department. I was in for a warranty issue I have praised the sales department when we made our purchase in October’22. This review is for the service department. I was in for a warranty issue on my ‘23 Outback. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately upon pulling into the service drive. My service writer Michael O. is so efficient in orchestrating the process of getting checked in and within minutes the car went into the shop and Johnathan L had my complimentary loan car ready for me. The drop off process was so smooth that I didn’t even have time to enjoy a beverage/snack from the well stocked customer lounge. I drove the complimentary loan car home and within 4 hours I received a call from Michael O. that my vehicle was ready. Michael explained exactly what was found and the steps taken to correct the issue. I jumped in the loan car and drove the 9 miles from home to pickup my vehicle.. The smoothness of the entire service/warranty was amazing. If I knew how efficient the appointment was going to be , I could have easily stayed at the dealership. Thank y’all for your dedication to customer service and the efficiency you provide.. More
