The service guy Mike is amazing. He is such a nice guy & honest. Also, he doesn't give me one price & when i call to pay, the price is higher by 200-800 dollars. This was happening each time with T.J., and I no longer am using him as my service guy like i have been. Thank you, Mike, for being a stand-up guy! It is much appreciated. Taking cars to the dealership vs other mechanics is already more expensive, which is expected. However, I felt comfortable with your prices & suggestions. I do not feel you would add to any amount given after the work is completed. More

The Service Writer told to expect a 1. 5-2 hour wait. About an hour later he came into the Waiting Room and said everything was ready to go. This is great customer service when you set ex 5-2 hour wait. About an hour later he came into the Waiting Room and said everything was ready to go. This is great customer service when you set expectations and then exceed them. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I was allowed to bring my little Jack Russell in, and she was the hit of the dealership. Everyone came over to say hello-she had a great time. All in all, this was a great experience. More
