I have been going to this dealership for service over the past 10 years, but I feel like the quality has dropped significantly since 2020. Making an appointment for a check engine light took half my day, get past 10 years, but I feel like the quality has dropped significantly since 2020. Making an appointment for a check engine light took half my day, getting someone on the phone who could book the appointment was difficult. Then, I waited a little over six hours for them to resolve the issue. From waiting aimlessly to be checked by attendants to repeatedly asking the service desk to check on the status of my car, it was frustrating. I eventually found out my car was ready after I had to repeatedly ask the front desk to check, but by then, I had already missed a full day's work. I understand that some issues take time to resolve, but it feels like they focus more on oil changes than on customers with urgent issues and don't prioritize accordingly. The front desk did offer to have someone drive me to a location, but since I had moved well out of the area, I couldn't use this alternative. Having just bought a new car recently, I took this experience into account and decided not to buy from this dealership again to avoid this headache. More
