We purchased our used Mini Countryman with Mike Macedon and he provided us with excellent customer service. We didn't hesitate to work with him and to go ahead with the purchase. Upon bringing the vehic and he provided us with excellent customer service. We didn't hesitate to work with him and to go ahead with the purchase. Upon bringing the vehicle home we noticed that the service light for oil change was on and I reached out to Mike the next day via on a Sunday. He called back immediately first thing Monday morning and he apologized for missing that and asked use if we can bring the vehicle back at our earliest convenience to do the service. I went back mid day Monday and the service team made me feel welcome and eventually completed the service promptly. I highly recommend shopping for cars here at Audi Hoffman Estates. More
