Great Recommendations & Friendly Atmosphere Started the car buying process back in October 2016 when we visited with Mike M in sales to get more info on an Audi A5. When, despite every effort, we couldn't find one with exactly what I wanted, instead of trying to cram a compromise down my throat, Mike suggested that it might be better to wait until I could order a 2018 and get it exactly the way I wanted it instead of compromising and getting something off the lot. He also pointed out that the A5 was going to have a redesign for 2018 that would be worth the wait and showed us what it was going to look like. He was absolutely correct. I did wait, and ordered my A5 in March (delivered in May) and it was a very wise decision. It was a little nerve wracking to order a car without having been able to see, touch, and drive it but he did not lead me astray. The car is AWESOME, and I couldn't be happier. I was also impressed that when I went to take delivery, several other employees seemed to know who I was and what I was there to do, and even though I hadn't worked with them directly, they were very friendly and helpful. I guess this stood out to me because of course, I sort of expect that from the salesperson that I'm working with, but for it to extend beyond that is a pleasant surprise. It makes me hopeful that I will have a similarly positive experience when it comes time for my first service visit ;) More

Our salesman, Mike Macedon, made the transaction simple and smooth. His knowledge of the Audi line, and specifically the Q7, was endless! He took an overwhelming decision and simplified the process. We received a fair price for my trade in and the new Q7. Mike went above and beyond when he offered to pick up the extra key to my old vehicle (which I forgot to bring) when he was visiting Rockford (where we live) the following day. Perfect! The dealership (and Mike) have stayed in contact thru emails. They truly want to make your car buying experience a great one. They succeeded!!
