Inconsistent, overpriced and didn’t complete recall The charge of nearly $800 for a new key was absurd. When I called, they could not find my car to know if it was done. A day later, I got a recall notice for that car in the mail. Why it wasn’t done while it was there suggests that care wasn’t taken to inspect the car as suggested. Poor attitudes among the service people who pushed me from one person to another. More

New car rattle I brought my new 2018 A5 SB in for a rattle that appears to be connected to the cover in the back. The technician added some felt and we we then went I brought my new 2018 A5 SB in for a rattle that appears to be connected to the cover in the back. The technician added some felt and we we then went for a test drive. During the drive, the rattle was muffled, but still there. Since then, I have driven quite a bit and the rattle is back, just as loud as before. The guy who checked me in and the technicjan were very courteous and I like the video and checklist that was sent to my email, recapping what was done. Unfortunately, the issue wasn’t fixed and I will need to bring the car back for another appointment. More

No time for a used car customer I had identified 4 used cars from their website that I was interested in test driving and purchasing one of them. Excited they had all 4 I was intere I had identified 4 used cars from their website that I was interested in test driving and purchasing one of them. Excited they had all 4 I was interested in Q7, Q5, Toureq and MDX. After arriving and explaining we were looking to test drive these the front desk salesman told us he wouldn't do that and maybe 1 or 2 he could give us the time for. We were the only customers in the showroom or parking lot and when we drove by an hour later that appeared to still be the case. Why promote used cars on your website if you are not willing to spend time with a customer showing them? Very disappointed in the manner in which we were treated but luckily we were able to find a nice Acura dealer down the street more than happy to help us with a used car to purchase. More

Timely and professional MMI unit in my Q5 froze up and new module had to be put in. Received a video from Mike W. In the service dept. explaining in detail the process.
