Unprofessional, lack of customer service, and tech notes bad Technicians not recording tire tread depth correctly, car was not washed, no chairs for the old people waiting on service employees to come we all wai Technicians not recording tire tread depth correctly, car was not washed, no chairs for the old people waiting on service employees to come we all waited standing a long time. No detail for inside of 2018 bought cars is rediculous with how much we pay for them. This location was filled with sloppy and lazy employees, I will never take my car here again for because the lack of initiative and customer service is horrible and only managers can allow the entire building to house employees who don’t care for customers and their financed cars. More

Didn’t do the service I took my car for the 50k mile service and had one other issue. They stated they finished all and they did t fix my alarm problem that I told them abo I took my car for the 50k mile service and had one other issue. Also after car done my car was not washed and I saw another car come out of the wash and drive to be picked up - right in front of mine. More
