
Mike has been with Ganley for a handful of years but has been with Subaru for a little over four years now. He started out in sales and has branched out into other areas. His goal is simple - solve the transportation needs of every customer he meets and make sure they have a top-quality experience for the life of their automobile. Mike has a background in computer programming and customer service. He oversees many day to day operations such as the sales department as well as maintaining our website. Being an extreme sports junkie Mike can be found riding his motorcycle throughout the Summer and on the slopes snowboarding in the Winter.

I’m writing this review express my deep disappointment with a recent experience I had at Ganley Subaru Wickliff. I’ve never encountered such a shady and frustrating process when trying to purchase a vehic with a recent experience I had at Ganley Subaru Wickliff. I’ve never encountered such a shady and frustrating process when trying to purchase a vehicle. I was charged a $1,000 deposit before I was even shown a picture or provided a link to the car that was supposedly a match for what I wanted. After the charge was processed, I still didn’t receive any proper details—only a poorly formatted PDF of a window sticker that was difficult to read and lacked clarity. This level of opacity and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I’ve always appreciated Subaru vehicles, but this experience has made it clear that I need to take my business elsewhere. Fortunately, there are several other Subaru dealerships in the area, and I will be exploring those options moving forward. I hope you take this feedback seriously and reconsider how you handle customer interactions and transparency in your sales process. But ultimately this I my fault for purchasing a car there, hopefully my experience allows people to make the correct choice and go to another dealership. More
