He worked with us to make sure that the service would be affordable and showed us how we could break things up if we needed to so that it would be more affordable if need be. Thank you Mike for making this experience less painful! In the end someone else grabbed our ticket but you did all the leg work. So appreciate your knowledge and especially your quality service. Highly pressured and lied to. I bought a Chevy Captiva from Brandon Honda. After having it for about 2 months and experiencing problems with the vehicle, I brought it in, I was tol I bought a Chevy Captiva from Brandon Honda. After having it for about 2 months and experiencing problems with the vehicle, I brought it in, I was told it was a harness rubbing against several wires, that would be costly to fix, and there was no guarantee it wouldn't happen again. So it was suggested that I should trade in for another vehicle. I wanted to think about it first. Now I was told that I would have to pay for the labor that was put into the vehicle for the time they had it ti diagnose. This was going to cost $2,000.00, and I couldnt take my car until I paid this amount, After thinking about how long they had my car, I argued there was no way the labor could be this high. After I stated my case, I was able to get my car back, for under $100.00! Quite a difference!! I was lied to, I was pushed into looking at cars I couldn"t afford, and told I was getting a great deal, for over 5 hours. I left mentally drained. I still have not recieved the money that I put into my contact for an extended warrenty, and lost $4,000t I put down on the vehicle, I traded in the Chevy and bought another vehicle from Ferman Mazda and had a very pleasant experience! More

MY RADIO UNIT WENT OUT AND HAD TO BE REPLACED EVEN THOUGH THE OUTCOME WAS GOOD I WILL GIVE SOME COMMENTS. WAITING 3 HRS TO BE TOLD THEY COULD NOT FIX THE RADIO SEAMED LONG. IF I HAD NOT CALLED WHEN WOULD THEY HAVE CALLED ME? THE PROCEDURE FOR SERVICE SEAMS TO TAKE A LONG TIME. MOST PEOPLE HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO BUT WAIT ON SERVICE TO THIER CAR. A COURTESY CAR WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE FOR OUT OF TOWN CUSTOMERS SO I COULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING ELSE WHILE WAITING. More
