He provided detailed quotes and payment options that allowed me to make an informed decision and motivated me to visit the dealership to see the car I was interested in. Although Robert was busy with another client when I arrived unplanned at Tucson Subaru, I was quickly greeted by Mike. Mike was attentive and ready to meet my request to check out an 2019 Outback. I felt no pressure to buy, only a "what can I do to help you?" manner from Mike. My experience with Mike, the styling of the Outback, Subaru's reputation for reliability, and fair pricing made my decision to purchase an easy one. I returned later that week to finalize the paperwork and pick up my new car. Curt from finance took care of our trade in, plate transfer, and purchase. He was reassuring and made the process so easy. Finally, Mike took the time to go through all the features of the car with me so that I would get the most out of my Outback and familiarized me with the dealership so that I would recognize the people and departments when I returned for the complementary services. I've purchased cars from Ford and Toyota in the past but the Subaru team was exceptional and raised the bar in customer service. More
