On my initial visit to Tucson Subaru, I met Mike Henry, who took me on a tour highlighting the three Subaru models I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable on Subaru and their competitors. After that, I went and visited a local Toyota dealership. After considering things for a couple of days, I returned to Tucson Subaru with my wife, but since Mike was with another client, he introduced me to Shauna Williams. She was very patient with my wife and I as we were looking at various models. We had done quite a bit of prior research, but when we arrived at the dealership it was like being in a candy store! We actually got in and drove three cars, finally deciding on a new 2020 Subaru Forester. Shauna gave us a stress-free car buying experience! Then we were introduced to Tracy Roberts who took us through the contract signing and explanation of all the various programs that were available to us. I was pleasantly surprised at how painless and flawless our first time Subaru buying experience was thanks to the pros at Tucson Subaru! After all the papetwork was done, Shauna came out and helped us discover many more of the features that our new Subaru Forester has to offer. I am totally impressed with this dealership!! Best car buying experience ever!!! More

Riding my bike to a car dealer I really expect someone to engage me on a newer car. I hate the xxxxxxxxxxxx most people give me at dealers and mike was straight with me. I really appreciated that. No high pressure sales at all. I've heard this about him from friends as well who came in to look at cars. A very knowledgeable and hardworking employee. And once purchased the salesperson was very patient and answered all of my questions! Good customer service and a nice vehicle. I think I will love this Subaru Forester! I was told that another Subaru employee will be contacting me within two week to see if they can answer any additional questions I may have with regard to features on the vehicle. I believe Subaru really wants their customers to have the best experience possible. The sales manager, Terry Iseminger came by and introduced himself and gave me his business card saying if I needed anything to contact him also. I was toured around the facility and shown where the service department is. Traci in Finance was equally helpful and efficient. So far I'm very pleased! More

Mike Henry was extremely knowledgeable about the Crosstrek we ended up purchasing from Tucson Subaru. More than that, however, he was patient, respectful, and courteous with me and my son. Positve I am overall happy with the service that was given. We experienced some confusion with the financing between my credit union and the dealership but we I am overall happy with the service that was given. We experienced some confusion with the financing between my credit union and the dealership but we got it worked out and I don't believe it was intentional on behalf of the dealership. The employees were low pressure and friendly which made the process easier. More
