When I returned to the service department, I met with Mike to go over my options. My husband Ricky and I had done our research and determined that Subaru was the right vehicle for us. We went to Tucson Subaru just to look at the pre-owned lot. Mike Henry came out immediately determined that Subaru was the right vehicle for us. We went to Tucson Subaru just to look at the pre-owned lot. Mike Henry came out immediately to greet us. When we explained that we were just looking, he said that he'd be right inside if we had any questions. No hard sell, no pressure. We narrowed it down to three vehicles that we wanted to sit in. Mike was very knowledgeable; answered all our questions. Ricky and I went to lunch and decided that there were two vehicles that we wanted to drive, so we went back and asked for Mike.
