I purchased a car back in January, sales rep? Awesome josh was great but getting home i realized a part wash missing from the trunk (not a big deal it's whatever I'll make do) i emailed and got a Awesome josh was great but getting home i realized a part wash missing from the trunk (not a big deal it's whatever I'll make do) i emailed and got a response that theyd look into never heard back.... fast forward to this week......i find mold growing on my sunroof cover ...um what?its a freaking leal in my sunroof.... now after calling and calling and emailing and getting no response because i havent gotten my offical playes. my temp tags are now expired and my car can be driven legally I've called and called and haven't gotten a response on what the status of my plates are or a answered call in general . Now im gonna have to buy new plates myself? Just a very frustrating experience:( More
I bought a 2023 Nissan pathfinder from them and paid 35,000.00 for it with 20,000 miles. I noticed right away that the auto start/stop feature did not work, the battery died on me 3 times in the first 35,000.00 for it with 20,000 miles. I noticed right away that the auto start/stop feature did not work, the battery died on me 3 times in the first month and then one day when I filled the gas tank it took 2 days for the gauge to read full. Took it in for these issues and got everything fixed but they would not pay or cover the auto start/stop feature and made me pay 225.00 out of pocket. Advised that something had chewed a wire inside. You would think sales would cover this as it was sold to me that way but nope. Once you buy they don’t care. Bad customer service. More
All my dealing with the sales and service department have been wonderful. I had my 1 year service done and everything was in tip top shape. Brought my car in to have a couple of things on my to-do list taken care of and was told it would take 2 to 2-1/2 hours. Also was told the guys would take off for lunch at 12 noon for an hour. I was called way earlier than expected and told my car was ready, and saved at least an hour of waiting time. And as usual, everyone and the service was excellent. More

My only problem is with the service department. I had a camera installed in my car and no one walked me through the use of the camera. Also, when I’ve brought a problem with my Bluetooth, I’ve been I had a camera installed in my car and no one walked me through the use of the camera. Also, when I’ve brought a problem with my Bluetooth, I’ve been told that it’s been a problem for a while. Why don’t they take the time and fix it instead of smile and say yeah it’s been a problem. Show some pride in your products and make sure they work to the satisfaction of your customers. More
Had oil change, transmission fluid changes and now today, the hydraulic brake line replaced. Everything was done in a timely manner. Blaine was great (and has been the other two times as well).
