I was working with this dealership to purchase a 2026 Ram 3500. I was insistent that the agreed upon out-the-door price and finance terms was approved prior to me making the three hour trip from Vero Beach 3500. The dealership assured me the deal was on and I made the trip to Tampa. Then came the old switch-a-roo. The vehicle we were dealing with had a safety recall, and they had two of the same trucks to switch it out with. Little did I know they would increase the price of the truck by $1000, decrease the discounts by $1000, "rip" my trade-in by $1000 and increase the down payment by $1700. They wasted my time, patience and $150 in diesel for the cross state trip. I am beyond disappointed with Jerry Ulm CDJR, and they've lost a 20 year Mopar customer. More

I went back to the dealership to correct it, but they dismissed the signed OOD as “not valid.” ⚠️ If you shop here, double-check all paperwork — don’t trust just the first number they give you. I am now filing complaints with: Florida Attorney General (FDUTPA complaint) Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (TILA disclosure discrepancy) This review is to warn other buyers, not to attack — but facts matter, and documents must match.
