I was in the market for a late-model Acura Integra A-Spec with Tech MT. I found one on Acura of Westchester’s website. I fell in love with the Integra and left a deposit because I had to go to work shortly after my test drive. Mike, the sales and finance manager, followed up as promised and delivered the most professional and courteous service experience from start to delivery. I am now the happy owner and driver of my Integra. I love the butter-soft manual transmission and engaging driving experience I get every time I am behind the wheel of my Integra. I was offered a price on the phone before credit was run. Told 12000 miles ended up with 10k Ended up with a much higher monthly payment with 1,000 dollars more out of pocket. Also has body damage that was not disclosed. Plus I'm paying as if there was no damage. Easey wasn not there for pick up. Very disappointed over all. This is my 2nd acura after 3 infinitis 2 Hondas and a Volkswagpn. Worst dealer experience out of all.wouldve been nice if changes were disclosed before the plates were taken off my current car and before sitting for over an hour in the showroom. More
