Very easy to work with. I stopped by to take the car that I was interested for a test drive. Later, I called back to let them know I was interested and was pleasantly surpri I stopped by to take the car that I was interested for a test drive. They were very generous with my trade and the entire deal was done without any hassles. When I returned to sign papers, I found everything was ready to go and was as indicated. More

Mr. Chris Bonesteel of sales, and this dealership's MO helped make this the best purchase experience thus far. My initial call was answered by Mike Diehl, owner/manager. How often does that happen nowadays? At this dealership, it's routine. After brief introductions & laying out my requirements objectives, he invited me to visit & said they strive to be the best. I live over an hour away, & drove up to see if they walked their talk. I'm pleased to say they do, and in an exceedingly professional & personable manner. Each step of my new truck purchase experience was a 10 on a 1-10 scale, with 10 at the top. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the Puget Sound region. This customer had his expectations not only met, but exceeded. Mr. Mike Diehl runs the kind of business that makes this country great. It was a pleasure to do business with him & his team. More

I got the right Diehl. Ramiro Baldovinos certainly earned his commission yesterday. In fact, I think he should get a raise. I first met Ramiro over the phone when I asked about a used 2014 Ford Focus Titanium of which there was no picture or price online. He told me all about the car and it's price. Naturally I had a different price in mind and a few calls phone calls later he and Randy Larson made it work. After several more questions which Ramiro patiently answered, I gave a deposit on my credit card to hold the car to the next day when I could get to Bellingham. I had just committed to a car sight unseen. I also asked Ramiro to have all the paperwork ready when I got there so it would be a quick in and out for me because I'm always in a hurry. But I also have a roving eye. When I got there my car was parked very near a brand new Fiesta Titanium that had the same features as the Focus. So now Ramiro had to start from scratch because I started waffling about whether to buy a gently used Focus or a new Fiesta. The half hour I allotted myself to buy the car turned into a couple of hours but Ramiro hung in there with me, never pressuring me, always patient, never making me feel like I was wasting his time. Randy was also very patient with me changing my mind a few times although I'm sure he must have been rolling his eyes in his office. Emil Vinberg got me through the paperwork quickly but thoroughly (even though I wasn't financing, the paperwork made my eyes glaze over) and Mike Diehl was also kind when we were introduced. I took both cars on a test drive with Ramiro and he even tutored me on how to use the back-up camera, encouraging me when I knew I likely would have taken out the cars beside me if there had been any parked there. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and I drove off knowing I made the right purchase. I ended up with the Ford Focus Titanium after all. Thank you Ramiro! More

We ordered a new F-150 and our salesman, Chris Bonesteele, followed the process all through the factory re-tooling and startup. When our truck arrived, it was exactly what we ordered for the price we were promised. Chris followed up more than once to make sure we were pleased and that we understood all the features of the new truck. More

Our experience at Diehl Ford was very satisfying from the moment we entered the dealership up to and even after we left the lot. Mr. John Quimby whom we met upon arriving was very helpful in finding the righ moment we entered the dealership up to and even after we left the lot. Mr. John Quimby whom we met upon arriving was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for us. He ensured that he fully understood our needs by asking us what we were looking for as far as new or used, vehicle type, if we preferred a particular model and what we were interested in as far as amenities in a vehicle. We never felt pressured at any time and in fact we felt that we had all the time in the world to make a decision. We came in on a whim, not really thinking that we would be approved for a vehicle, in order to see if we could get in a new vehicle for less than we were paying on our two vehicles combined. After trading in both vehicles and recieving a more than fair offer on them, they made it happen. We are now in a new 2014 Ford Escape at a very reasonable price. Mr. Ed Mcman was key in making this happen. Mr. Mike Diehl personally met with us as well. At the end, Mr. Emil Vinberg through hard work and a determination through his masterful financial professionalism secured a deal for us that pleasantly surprised us. We felt that the whole Ford team was not a team but a family, a family that makes you also feel like part of the family! We were so taken by the professionalism and just plain caring about us that we have no doubt we will be lifelong loyal customers. Thank you Diehl Ford! More

My wife and I wanted to buy a hybrid Ford Fusion after reading reviews in Consumer Reports magazine. We contacted Tom Welmers at Diehl Ford and shred with him the options we were looking for. At the time, they did not have a vehicle in their inventory that had the options we wanted. A few days later, I received a text message from Tom indicating the dealership had just gotten in a vehicle that he though would meet our requests. My wife and I went to the dealership after work and took a test drive of the vehicle and were very impressed. Tom was very helpful in answering our questions and pointing out features of the car. We were not that familiar with the hybrid technology so he did a great job of helping us understand it. When we finally agreed to purchase this car, it was nearly closing time for the dealership. Tom and Emil stayed and completed all the necessary paperwork. Mike Diehl himself came and spent time chatting with us while the paperwork was being completed. They stayed with us after hours to complete the transaction. We got a fair price for our trade in, a fair price for the new car, and Emil was successful in getting us great financing. In summary, we were very pleased with the whole experience. We got a beautiful vehicle and the Diehl Ford sales team made us feel very special. More
