Awesome Dealership!! I came in for a used truck after searching for months. Since this was my first time buying a vehicle,I was a little nervous. Jennifer was excellent th I came in for a used truck after searching for months. Since this was my first time buying a vehicle,I was a little nervous. Jennifer was excellent the whole experience, she was helpful and answered all my questions without having to ask others. Jennifer took the time to calm my nerves and assure me there is NO Pressure at this dealership. The dealership is very clean, bright and inviting. The waiting area was also clean an had coffee, snacks, water, TV and even free bagels to eat. The dealership is located in Bellingham and because of that the area around the dealership is great, not busy and has very limited traffic. This is my new favorite dealer. I will bring my truck here for all its service. Overall experience was amazing and I recommend this place to anybody that wants to take their vehicle to a great dealership without all the hassle and worry that normal dealerships have. More

Unethical Business Practices I wanted to place a special order for a new car. I mostly dealt with Scott Kerbein throughout the whole process. When it was time to place the order, I wanted to place a special order for a new car. I mostly dealt with Scott Kerbein throughout the whole process. When it was time to place the order, I was told a $2,500 deposit would be needed to hold the car. The way it was explained to me was this payment was simply meant to hold the car in my name until it came in, guaranteeing they wouldn't sell it to someone else. Before giving me my credit card number over the phone, I asked if this deposit would be fully-refundable at any time before the car was delivered and was told "Yes, that shouldn't be an issue". Because of this, I felt comfortable giving up $2,500 without much to show for it. Months went by and I decided I had to back out due to other financial responsibilities I had taken on. I never thought twice about it being a problem to get my money back as I clearly remember Scott assuring me it wouldn't be an issue. When I called them back up, I couldn't get a hold of Scott so I was put in contact with his manager, Mike Diehl. He informed me that any kind of deposit I made at the that time was non-refundable and if I was told otherwise, it was not accurate. After speaking directly with Scott the day after, he admitted to only committing to looking into if the deposit was refundable when I originally placed the order over the phone. He refused my request to refund the deposit. There's no way I would ask if a deposit was refundable, not get a clear answer, and proceed to give my money anyways. It's absolutely ridiculous to assure a customer one thing and then later deny it. Yes, I know I never got the refundability of my deposit in writing, but the confidence in which Scott told me it wouldn't be an issue led me to believe this type of situation has occurred before and returning my deposit wouldn't be a problem. I spoke to Ramiro Baldovinos, Sales Consultant, over the phone to make sure that the used Ford Escape was still in stock before driving 1 hour and 20 minutes to Bellingham. Ramiro confirmed and mentioned that he would add gas just in case the Escape was purchased. Ramiro was patient while we asked our questions and took the Escape for a test drive. Randy Larsen, Sales Manager, provided helpful information concerning the previous owner of the Escape. Mitch Valich, Service Consultant, was also patient with answering all of our questions. While waiting for the Escape paperwork, Duane Elsbee, Parts Supply Consultant, was helpful in researching the cargo cover. Since it wasn’t in stock, we were able to have the part number to order for pickup at our local Ford Dealer. Mike Diehl, Owner, sealed the deal and made the SUV buying process very pleasant. He came across sincere and caring about my Escape purchase. After owning my SUV for almost a month, I am happy with my Escape. More

We thought our Jeep Grand Cherokee was a suitable tow vehicle and then realized we wanted a larger tow vehicle. Diehl Ford helped us find the truck that fits our towing needs and our need for a a vehicle to drive on a daily basis. I named our blue Ford F-150 XLT Babe after Paul Bunyan's blue ox. More

I really appreciate Nikki and the ladies upstairs for all their hard work and they got me my plates shortly after my purchase. Needless to say, I have vast experience i I purchased a 2016 Ford Focus from Diehl Ford. This was the 51st Ford I have purchased in the last 50 years. Needless to say, I have vast experience in automobile purchasing. I ordered this car to my specifications in September. The dealer kept me aware of the delivery status. Because of some rebates and incentives that were not available at the time I ordered the car I ended up paying over $2,000 less than I was originally quoted. Talk about being shocked. How honest can a dealer be? My salesman, Chris Bonesteele, and the owner, Mike Diehl, helped me with financing. Jason Turrell's team in the Service department had prepared the car in immaculate condition. I could not be more satisfied. We drove down to the dealership the next morning because we had some questions on features. We were greeted by a salesman named Jack Barton who gave my wife and I all the time we needed to understand the features. After the sale, Jack was further a help with his knowledge and ease of offering his expertise. Most salesman sale the car and ignore you. We bought a nice vehicle and they got our nice used vehicle so it was a success and I left the money in Bellingham. We enjoyed Mike Diehl, Emil Vinberg, Jack Barton, and Ramirez. Mike and I came to initial terms in 20 minutes. I hate buying vehicles and negotiating. I offered a fair amount for theirs and ours and we came to terms. It was good to buy from them. My last vehicle and bought was started by my son at Frontier Ford. I really enjoyed their manager when I met him, but I will never never allow myself to buy a vehicle from their one salesman and I will tell their manager that. I search out the car and a good business is when the customer feels comfortable. Even though we bought the vehicle and I am still irritated with that. Randy and Mike wanted to make the deal work and was very courteous and friendly. Jack has a lot of experience. Emil found us a great interest rate and fully understands that part of the sale and has a lot of experience. WE are HAPPY. More
