It took a little longer to fix my truck then they said it would but it was the fact that I needed a loaner vehicle and I was told it was first come first served, as I was dropping off my truck a loaner came would but it was the fact that I needed a loaner vehicle and I was told it was first come first served, as I was dropping off my truck a loaner came in but I was told I couldn’t have it because it was for someone who needed it later… doesn’t sound like first come first served to me. Felt like I was being lied to since there wasn’t anyone else dropping off a vehicle at that time. Mike was my service rep. He always kept me informed on the status of my truck and I really appreciate that! Mike was not the person who was there when I dropped off my truck by the way. More
