The dealership was very inviting and friendly greeting. The interior seriously needs and overhaul. It is not customer friendly, the music was terrible, no where to get a water or snack after hours purchasi The interior seriously needs and overhaul. It is not customer friendly, the music was terrible, no where to get a water or snack after hours purchasing a car. And it is the number 1 genesis dealer in the nation and in Naples. Looking forward to a new building and hope the interior and exterior is more luxurious and appealing as it should be in Naples. It would make for a nicer experience. More

2024 Genesis G90 was listed on their website as new. It is actually pre owned. Eddie Garcia, a manager, charged my debit card for $517.50 as a deposit for the car. He told me he was charging the car It is actually pre owned. Eddie Garcia, a manager, charged my debit card for $517.50 as a deposit for the car. He told me he was charging the card for $500.00. I called Mr. Garcia’s extension to cancel the transaction and asked for my money back. He never returned my call. More

Dealership is a pleasure to deal with. Service is professional and easy.
