My truck was at two shoos prior and they could not figure it out. Jeep of cape coral did a great job. The only issue is a 250.00 an hour labor rate. They def dont pay there mechanics 250 an hour. The work performed seems to be quality work. The only issue I have is trying to reach anyone in the service department by phone is impossible and my car went in for a recall and parts were on ba The only issue I have is trying to reach anyone in the service department by phone is impossible and my car went in for a recall and parts were on back order. Service advisor never followed up. I had to contact parts department for status and then make the follow up visit. More
