This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Toyota of Naperville and will definitely be back in the future. Out of all of the Toyota dealerships we were in contact with, Naperville was the worst. We were looking for a Highlander Hybrid and they are slim pickins these days so once we got notification that they go with, Naperville was the worst. We were looking for a Highlander Hybrid and they are slim pickins these days so once we got notification that they got one in, we jumped on it. We started our process with them at the time of purchase so you'd think they would have given us better service but unfortunately that wasn't the case. The sales guy we worked with was fine, remained indifferent at best throughout the purchase process. Even though my husband and I were purchasing the car together, the conversation was directed entirely to him, even down to "your wife will sign here". It wasn't a surprise, however, being in a heavily male dominated dealership and overhearing a conversation on my way back from the bathroom between a salesman and what appeared to be a client about a woman's appearance (he even braggingly showed a picture on his phone.) What decade is this?! There was no communication about what the steps were and were often left to sit in confusion. Out of the blue a guy came by to give us a "diamond coating" sales pitch and he was evidently irritated that we weren't interested. More irritation came from the associate in finances when we wanted to wire our deposit. Overall, terrible customer service in this place, no one has patience or anything positive to bring to your huge purchase. More
