The people at this dealership were very nice and respectful to me. I got a letter about the recall on my camera about a month ago and they have never called me back to set up my appointment yet. NOT happy with info on phone stating no appointment necessary then get to dealership and they said must have appointment . This dealership has been one of the worst dealerships I have ever experienced. I have left google reviews and received calls back about an issue that I have been complaining about on multiple occasions. I have ever experienced. I have left google reviews and received calls back about an issue that I have been complaining about on multiple occasions. I recently took my car in for the heating issue and gurgling noises. The heating issue was fixed however, the gurgling noises still exist. I was told that I can schedule another appointment however on the appointment email, it showed that $199.99 was due for the diagnosis. How, I would never understand when I had picked the car up 2 days prior. The gurgling noises and the shaking issue still exist. My car’s check engine light doesn’t come on when a problem exist and there’s clearly something wrong with that also. I have purchased my car from this lot brand new and the service team seems as though they are not looking into this matter until the car breaks down. I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone.
