I leased a 2025 jeep wrangler with 2,900 miles on 3/17/25. When I left the dealership I noticed that the brakes made a sound and did not feel right. I called my salesperson, Henry, and explained the 3/17/25. When I left the dealership I noticed that the brakes made a sound and did not feel right. I called my salesperson, Henry, and explained the situation to him. The following week, on 3/28/25, I bought the car to the service department and spoke with Stacy Ann Bonner. Ms. Bonner drove my car and stated that the rotor needed to be changed. Ms. Bonner stated that she would text me to let me know when to bring the car in. She also gave me a number where I could reach her. I have called the number several times and nobody picks up. I've left messages and nobody has responded. I've called the service department and nobody picks up. I've called the sales department where they actually pick up. I spoke with Fred who would not transfer me to a manager. I spoke with Briana who took a message. I have not yet heard anything from Ms. Bonner or anyone at the jeep dealership. I am a repeat customer and I had the same experience when I had my last jeep. The customer service is the worse, absolutely horrendous! More

Extremely rude - unreliable. The manager named Miguel was extremely stereotypical and even got i to a yelling match with me. Very demeaning and unpleasant people. Everyone wants The manager named Miguel was extremely stereotypical and even got i to a yelling match with me. Very demeaning and unpleasant people. Everyone wants to fight and makes you feel awful for wanting to buy a car. Worst process - nothing like I’ve experienced before. Not even a congratulations after signing papers instead they said “at least we got it done”. More

Liars, cheaters and crooks. Added undisclosed and unwanted items, and lied about the cost. Didnt give full $7,500 government credit. Tucked the joy out of buying a new car. Adding paint/interior protection to a vehicle to increase profits and arguing it can't be taken off when negotiating is bad practice. Having no proof the products were applied is sketchy at best. Me not walk profits and arguing it can't be taken off when negotiating is bad practice. Having no proof the products were applied is sketchy at best. Me not walking at that point is my bad. But finding out after purchasing the car that the protection package is useless for any car over 80,000 miles is practically fraud. I will be reporting this behavior. Not being forthcoming about this detail to make an extra few hundred dollars for the dealership is disgusting. More
