We had a great experience with Miguel from the moment that we stepped into VW of Countryside. Miguel is very knowledgeable and low pressure, which is how I prefer to find the right car for me. The dealership is clean as well and they have coloring activities for kids when you end up having to bring how I prefer to find the right car for me. We felt like there was little wiggle room on price which, yes, has to do with the current market, but didn’t love the feeling. They ended up just moving numbers around on paper instead of lowering the overall cost for us. This did not sit well with us. More
