The dealership mishandled a warranty on a new tire having me purchase a new tire to replace a 1 month tire. The facility is always clean and comfortable and they always have drinks and snacks available while you wait. With that being said I never receive my vehicle back in the same condition such as greasy finger prints on the door handle or interior or the maintenance required reminder is never reset. Small but very important details. More
