Great service. Radio knob broke. Stopped in and Mick told me Toyota was redesigning the knob. It would be 60 to 90 days before received. Two weeks later got a te Radio knob broke. Stopped in and Mick told me Toyota was redesigning the knob. It would be 60 to 90 days before received. Two weeks later got a text, that the knob was in. Called the parts department and had it mailed to me. Thanks More

I arrived at 10 o'clock as my appointment was set for. We were kindly greated by the service representative and he went over fees and services that would take place. I was expecting a 2 to 3 hour wait. I We were kindly greated by the service representative and he went over fees and services that would take place. I was expecting a 2 to 3 hour wait. I called at 2:30 and he had stepped away and was asked to leave a message. After another 45 min wait I asked the clerk about the status of my vehicle and she informed me he was out and would need to wait for him. I reminded her that I had been there since 10 am and asked if someone else could help me. She asked another peer and they asked if I had a text that let me know my car was ready, I said "no" "ohh you want the status", "yes" "okay one moment" Another service representative helped me and went over the diagnosis and that my vehicle was ready. He also let me know it be another hour to have the repair made if I chose to have it done. I declined as I had already been there 5 hours. All this to say please have service representatives communicate with one another, this could have some time saved. More
