I drove in from Pittsburgh to purchase a vehicle, and Toyota of Kent made it completely worth the trip. I called ahead and spoke with Michelle to express my interest and start the process. By the time I arrived, the car was shined up, gassed up, and the paperwork was ready to go. I arrived around 3:50 PM on a Saturday—just an hour before closing—but not once did I feel rushed. The entire team encouraged me to take my time and made me feel comfortable throughout. Due to a delay on my end, we ran past closing, but they graciously stayed late to finalize the transaction. Huge thanks to Michelle and the entire team for their professionalism, patience, and outstanding service. I’m very grateful for their help! More
