5-Star service and team! ! I drove in from Pittsburgh to purchase a vehicle, and Toyota of Kent made it completely worth the trip. I called ahead and spoke with Michelle to ex ! By the time I arrived, the car was shined up, gassed up, and the paperwork was ready to go. I arrived around 3:50 PM on a Saturday—just an hour before closing—but not once did I feel rushed. The entire team encouraged me to take my time and made me feel comfortable throughout. Due to a delay on my end, we ran past closing, but they graciously stayed late to finalize the transaction.
